Warning

In the case of any dispute between the English language version of the Terms and Conditions and versions in other language, the English language version shall prevail.

1 - Definitions

Wager: the sum of money that the punter intends placing on a bet.

Win: a win is calculated by multiplying the amount of the wager by the odds of the event selected. In cases where there is more than one event selected for the same wager, the sum of the winnings is calculated by multiplying the total of the odds selected in that bet. The maximum amount of a winning is established at one thousand (1000) times the amount of the wager. All the bets whose total exceeds the established maximum will be paid out the equivalent of one thousand (1000) times the amount of the wager.

Single/Multiple: a Single bet is understood to be a single selection of a determined event. A multiple consists of a more than one selection of different events. For the Multiple bet to result in a win, all the forecasted selections must result in a win.

Selection Minimum/Maximum: indicates the minimum or maximum number of selections applicable to the events.

Combinations: indicates whether, whilst respecting the minimum or maximum, whether an event can be used in combination with another one.

Selection Null/Void: Null events are events which for different reasons influence the calculation of the winnings on bets placed. In the event of void single bets the value of the bet will be refunded. In the event of multiple bets the void bets will be treated as winning bets, irrespective of the selections, but with odds set at 1,00 (one).

2 - Football

If a football match of whichever league, foreign included or Cup is cancelled or postponed or even suspended before the end of regular time including injury time and it is not player or continued within the next twenty four (24) hours, it will be considered void. All the related bets will also be considered void. In the event that a game that has been included in a multiple bet is suspended or cancelled, the bet will remain valid for the other games played regularly. The rules is also applicable if specialised bets are involved, for example: correct result, over/under, etc.

The match results will be considered as final at the end of regular time and injury time applied. All the specialised bets related to these events will follow the same rule. Extra time and anything after that will not be considered.

For the goal-goal/no goal specialised bets the winning selection GG (goal-goal) will be the one where at the end of the 90 minutes plus injury time both teams would have scored at least one goal each. The NG (no goal) will result in a win if at least one of, or both the teams do not score a goal.

First Scorer: the winning ticket is considered to be the one where the player that scores the first goal in the relevant match was selceted. Bets placed on other players will be considered as a loss.

Specials: It is clear that for all events available in the Specials, the only valid results obtained on the pitch at the end of regular time. In the case of dispute the results and statistics published on official websites will be considered valid.

Kick Off: You are required to forecast who will kick off at the beginningof the match.

First Corner: You are required to forecast which of the teams will take the first corner. The X indicates that there will be no corners.

First Yellow/Red Card: You are required to forecast which team will receive the first card of the game, by No Cards, it is understood that there will be no-one booked, and by ‘Together’, it is understood that two players will get booked concurrently.

1st goal – First Goal: You are required to forecast which of the teams will score the first goal of the match. The X value indicates No Goal (0-0) Minuto del primo goal: Bisogna pronosticare in quale fascia di tempo verrà segnato il primo goal dell'incontro.

Total No. of Corners: You will be provided with ranges and you must guess which of the ranges is the winning one.

Total No. of Penalties: You are required to forecast how many penalties will be awarded during the 90 minutes of regular time plus the allocated injury time.

First Substitution: You are required to forecast which team will effect the first substitution of the match. By No Change it is understood that no substitutions will be made, and by Same time it is understood that the two teams will effect substitutions at the same time.

How will the first goal be scored: You can choose from 5 possibile outcomes: Kick, Header, Free Kick, Penalty or Own Goal.

First Half Injury Time: You are required to forecast how much injury time will be allocated in the first half.

Second Half Injury Time: You are required to forecast how much injury time will be allocated in the second half.

Live: All the bets placed on the Live version will follow the general rules dealing with the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet has been confirmed and the confirmation code obtained the bet cannot be cancelled or changed, except for cases where Article 33 of the General Terms and Conditions applies. In the event of interruptions, malfunctions, temporary or indefinite suspension of the service all the bets already placed and properly accepted upto the moment of the interruption will be considered valid.

The outcome of the bets on football are based on 90 minutes of play and also includes injry time. Extra time and penalties are exclueded.

3 - Tennis

Antepost bets on the winner of any tournament will be losers if the selected player does not, for whatever reason, enter the competition, or retire during the same.

If a match was not played for the withdrawal of one of two players or both of the event will be void (void) remains valid, however, other possible selections in the bet placed.

If either player for whatever reason you were to withdraw during the first set, all bets relating to that meeting are void (void), including those of the First September First Set Once completed, bets will be void relating to the winner of the meeting and those relating to the September 1 All other bets will be void (void).

If a match is suspended or postponed, the selections will stand if it will be resumed within 72 hours from date and time indicated in the original program.

Apply the same rules for games played by men, female, singular and dual.

Final Result: it consists in guessing the exact number of sets played in the meeting, depending on whether the best of 3 or 5 sets. In case of withdrawal by a player during the match, all bets on the final result will be void (void).

First Set: consists in guessing who among the two players win the first set

4 - Motorsport

The Antepost bets on the winner of the world championship for drivers will remain valid even if the selected driver does not take part in the competition or retires before the conclusion of the Championship.

If a Grand Prix is suspended or postponed and does not take place within the next 72 hours of the official date and time it will be considered void. All the relative bets will be paid back into the accounts.

The order of arrival for the determination of the winner or placed driver is that of the Podium directly after the end of the race. Subsequent modifications due to disciplinary action taken in back rooms by the jury will not be considered.

If a driver does not present himself for the start of the race or retires before the start of the race, the bet will be considered void, however, if the driver is present for the start of the race and his car does not drive off the bet will be considered a losing one.

In the event that a multiple et contains an event that is declared void it will remain valid for all the other selected forecasts included in the bet. The single bets, on the other hand will be considered void and the funds paid back into the account.

Winner of Pole Position: The Pole Position is achieved at the end of the official qualifying session held before the Grand Prix. You must forecast which driver will leave from Pole Position on the official departure grid of the Grand Prix.

Head to Head Pole position: direct encounter between 2 in qualficiation. You must forecast who, of two drivers, will obtain the best placement on the official departure grid at the Grand Prix. If a driver does not participate in any of the official qualifying sessions the direct encounter in question will be considered void. If a driver retires after having taken part in at least one of the qualifying sessions, the direct encounter in question will be considered valid.

Winner of the race: You must forecast who will be the winner of the race.

Podium. You must forecast that the selected driver will finish in the first three places in order of arrival.

Head to Head Race: Direct encounters between two. The winner of the direct encounter will be the driver that obtains the best placing in the official order of arrival. In the event that both drivers do not conclude the race, the driver who would have concluded the most laps will be declared the winner. If one, or both of the drivers should not take part in the race, that is they do not present themselves at the official start of the Grand Prix, the corresponding direct encounter will be considered void.

First Driver to Retire ( including warm up lap) the outcome of the bet will be determined by the number of the lap during which the formula 1 car retires from the track. If more than one car retires in the course of the same lap, the rules of ex aequo et bono will be applied.

Pari/Dispari: You must forecast the exact placing of a driver at the end of the race. If a driver retires, the bet will be considered void.

Classified/Non-Classified Classificato/Non Classificato: You must forecast whether a driver will be classified or not in accordance with the official classification published at the end of the race. To be considered classified a driver must complete at least 90% of the laps completed by the winner. In the event of a restart, if a driver does not take part again in the race the bet placed on the said driver will still be considered valid.

If a race is suspended or postposned and does not take place within 72 hours of the official date and time communicated, the event will be considered void, even in relation to partial results. Differently, if a race is suspended after ¾ of the total laps have been concluded, and an official order of arrival is declared, all the bets will remain valid.

5 - Basket

Unless otherwise indicated, the result of a basketball game is established at the end of the match, eventual extra time included..

If a match is suspended or postponed and does not take place within 72 hours of the original time and date published, it will be declared void. Other selections in a multiple bet will remain valid.

Money Lines: You are required to forecast which team will win the match. Any extra time is included.

Handicap: The value indicated in brackets represents points to be added or deducted from the final score of the away team to determine the forecast bet.

Over/Under: involves guessing whether the total of the points for the entire match will be over or under a determined amount. The outcome of the bet will be decided at the end of regular time.

6 - American Football

The result of an American Footbal match will be considered finalised at the end of the match, eventual OverTime or supplementary time included. In the event of any interruptions or postponements, and not played within the established date, all the bets will be considered void.

7 - Rugby

The valid result will be that achieved at the end of the scheduled 80 minutes of play.

8 - Hockey

The result of a game of Hockey will be considered finalised at the end of regular time. Supplementary/over time is not included.

9 - Baseball

In order that all the bets are considered valid, all the games must start at the planned date and time. In case a game is postponed or cancelled before the start, all the bets will be considered void.

If a match is interrupted, the outcome of the bet will be determined from the score accumulated after the last inning that was completed (unless the home team gets a draw or moves ahead in the last half of the inning, in which case the winner of the bet will be determined by the score accumulated at the time of the interruption). It is important to remember that the suspended games are not replayed.

10 – Alpine Skiing

If a ski competition is postponed or delayed, the relevant selections will be considered valid provided that the competition is concluded on the same slope within the subsequent 72 hours.

In the case of direct encounters where neither of the two skiers finishes the competition, the number of completed heats will determine the winner. In the event that both skiers complete the same number of heats, the bets will be considered void. In the event that one of the two skiers does not present himself at the start gate, the direct encounter will be declared void.

11 - Handball

Unless otherwise indicated, for the scope of the bets, the result at the end of the regular time, excluding any eventual supplementary time, will be relied upon.

Matchese that are postponed, played in advance or abbandoned, for the scope of the bets will be considered void, unless it takes place within 48 hours of the time it was originally scheduled.
